Welcome to SPED Montessori Solutions! With over twenty years of teaching experience, I have utilized many Montessori activities and techniques in both my regular education and special education classrooms. I have worked with children with neurodevelopmental disorders (autism, ADHD, speech and language disorders, and other sensory processing disorders), cognitive disabilities, and motor delays. In conjunction with these activities, I have also found that modern visual supports and classroom setup are helpful with these same students.
My consulting model uses these techniques to help you set up your home or classroom to better support your child by focusing on his or her specific needs. We will work together to target areas of need and find the best strategies for your child.
